Unlike harsh, soap-based cleansers that strip your moisture barrier, this soap-free formula dissolves impurities, excess oil, and environmental pollutants while it works, so you never have to choose between a thorough cleanse and a calm, hydrated skin barrier. HOW TO USE

1. Wet — Splash face with lukewarm water to prepare the skin.
2. Apply — Dispense a small amount (roughly the size of a 10p coin) onto fingertips. Gently massage the face and neck in circular motions, avoiding the eye area.
3. Rinse — Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat skin dry with a clean towel.
4. Frequency — Use once or twice daily, morning and/or evening. Follow with your favourite ADM Skin serum and moisturizer for best results.

Pro tip: Use lukewarm — never hot — water when cleansing. Hot water disrupts the skin barrier and counteracts the calming benefits of Green Tea and Bisabolol.
