Where do you ship from?

All orders ship directly from our headquarters in New York. Our entire line of skin care products are created, formulated, and manufactured in the U.S.A. Each product is made with the highest attention to quality and detail.

If we do not currently ship to your country at this time we apologize and hope to serve you soon in the future. Please check back at a later date or email: myskin@admskin.com

It shows that my package was delivered but I do not have it, what do I do?

You will need to contact UPS, USPS or DHL as they are our chosen carrier(s). When you call them please make sure you have the tracking number handy so they can look it up for you. They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it. If UPS, USPS or DHL are unable to locate your package, please email us directly at myskin@admskin.com

Hawaii & Alaska

For shipments to Hawaii & Alaska we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping. Orders $95 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority.

 APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.

Can you ship to my P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority.
